Nenad graduated from the University of New York, USA with PhD in Biochemistry in 1994. He has been involved in research and teaching at various Universities in Europe, USA and Australia. Together with his family he moved to Australia in 1998. He comes to Murdoch from the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Sydney where he taught various subjects in Pharmaceutics to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Nenad has published over thirty research papers, conference communications and book chapters and is/was member of several professional societies: The American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology; New York Academy Society for Inflammation Research; The Toracic Society of Australia and New Zealand, and The Australian Vascular Biology Society. His professional interests are in Vascular Physiology and development of new therapeutics directed at improving functions of the Cardiovascular system.
